HTML Validator - extension missing API in comparison with Chrome

You should upload a WebExtension version of your addon to addons.mozilla.org.
If you do not, then the legacy version will be disabled when the user
upgrades to Firefox 57. If you upload a new WebExtension version later,
after the addon is disabled because the user upgraded Firefox to 57 or
above, then the addon will be updated... providing the user did not
uninstall it.
