web-ext sign (download of file) not working

The download (see below) gives me a 404. For some reason it seems to
not be generating the zip/xpi on your server.

I am sending issue report here as 
https://addons.mozilla.org/developers/addon/856203/versions (provided 
in review email) does not work.

I am using the web-ext sign tool and get:

I tried signing a couple and keep getting 404s. It worked before I 
added some files.

Would you be able to shed some light as to what is wrong in the 
extension or if there is a bug in your re-bundle process.
