HTML 5 date/time input field UI on Desktop

Firefox backlog is used for frontend (UI work) tracking. As a Gecko feature
the Firefox team is not the group to fix it. That makes it a clear minus.
dev-platform is where Gecko code is discussed so it may make sense to cross
post there.
