We really want this on Windows 8 too (in both "Metro" and "desktop" 
modes), for parity with IE10.  As I understand it, we will be able to 
share B2G's implementation of this once Off-Main-Thread Compositing 
(OMTC) is implemented for desktop Firefox.  OMTC is already mostly 
implemented on Mac (but not enabled by default yet), and just getting 
started on Linux and Windows.
